I know what it’s like – Before I became a fitness professional and professional athlete, I was a beginner – just like some of you.
I’m qualified – I’m a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer. I hold a Premier Diploma in Personal Training, am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, a Nutrition Advisor and a Master practitioner of NLP. I’m also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and CIMSPA. I am a qualified advanced personal trainer and Strength & Conditiong coach certified by FFI (Fitness For Industry). Level 2 EB sports coach.
I’m experienced – I am 44 years old and I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 20 years. I have been involved in the Health & Fitness industry at many levels including a manager of a major franchise here in the UK. I competed as a professional athlete for 15 years. I GET IT! I have worked worldwide devising and delivering structured coaching programmes as a basketball coach including for the Minnesota Timberwolves in the NBA.
I give you my full support – This means that even when you’re not training with me, I’ll ensure you’ll be focused on what you have to do to reach your goals via my on-line “LIVE” real time App. My goal is to educate you in how to achieve your SPECIFIC goals and to mentor you even when you are not training in my presence. Via my App your training progress will be monitored and adapted remotely should you need it.
